Christmas Brussel Sprouts

Fun fact about this small cabbage looking green vegetable is that when they are paired with a whole grain, they become a complete protein! Brussel sprouts are also an exteptionally rich source of fibre, and vitamin K and C.

I'm calling this recipe Christmas Brussel Sprouts because when I took my first bite it reminded me of Christmas!

It is a nice sweet and savoury dish that you will, no doubt, make you want to double the recipe next time.
