Egg Casserole
This breakfast recipe is super easy and can be made any way you like! You can add all your favourite veggies/meat you want. It’s just like making an omelette but baking it! Eggs are a great meat source to start your day. They are considered a complete protein, meaning they contain all the essential amino acids that our body can’t synthesize. They also provide you with many vitamins and minerals some of which including: vitamin A, B, D, folate, iron and zinc.
Ingredients:

6 Eggs, whisked

3 tbsp. Milk

1 cup Cheese, grated
-
6 Bacon slices, or ½ cup chopped ham

1 Bell pepper, diced
-
2 Green onion sprigs, chopped

1 clove Garlic, minced
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Stir all ingredients together and pour into baking dish.

Bake until eggs are set, 20-25 min.
