Strawberry Banana Power Smoothie
This power smoothie is a perfect option for post workout nutrients if you are unable to consume a meal within 2 hours of finishing. It is packed full of many nutrients including protein, natural sugars, iron, potassium and vitamin C to support recovery so you can perform you best next time.

When ever I make smoothies I almost always add spinach to it because 1) you can never have too many veggies and 2) you can't taste it!

I use frozen chopped spinach because its cheap and lasts a lot longer! I buy the no name brand from Loblaws. If you haven't purchased this product before, looks like this:
There are two blocks in this bag and when I get home from the grocery store I chop each block in half twice to give me 4 x 2inch cubes, that way it's easier to add to my smoothies.
