Sugar-Free Easter (Energy) Eggs
Happy Easter everyone! Try these sugar free Easter Eggs if you want a healthier option for an Easter treat.
It would be best to use a food processor to make these, but if you don't have one (like me) just mixing them in a bowl will be just as delicious!

You can also just make these Easter eggs any time of the year. They are great little energy balls.

White Eggs
Ingredients:
-
½ cup Almond flour
-
½ cup Coconut flour
-
â…“ cup Oats
-
¼ cup Ground flax seed
-
½ cup Peanut butter
-
¼ cup Coconut oil
-
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
-
1-2 tbsp. Coconut flakes
Directions
-
Process all the ingredients except the coconut flakes in a food processor.

Roll ~2 tbsp. of the mixture into the shape of an egg.

Roll the eggs in the coconut flakes.

Chocolate Eggs
Ingredients:

½ cup Almond flour
-
½ cup Coconut flour
-
â…“ cup Oats
-
¼ cup Ground flax seed
-
½ cup Peanut butter
-
¼ cup Coconut oil
-
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
Directions
-
Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
-
Roll ~2 tbsp. of the mixture into the shape of an egg.
